Le Cisterne

Beautiful view, good food and great customer service! The pizza dough was so fluffy, mozzarella di buffala so delicious, seafood fresh but a bit soupy. Overall we enjoyed the dinner, highly recommend this restaurant if you like good food and view!

Great food and service at decent prices.

This is a great hidden find along the beautiful vistas overlooking the Vasto Marina. It's name taken from the discovered water cisterns from the days of the Etruscans. Wonderful bar and restaurant await you as you walk down into the cellars. A local favorite.

Located on the slope that leads to the balcony of the walk on the Amblingh Loggia, this activity occupies the historical environments of ancient original cisterns in which water was collected. Delicious fish-based dishes and local gastronomy are the backdrop to this panorama, even the pizzas and bruschetta are delicious at average prices! The accuracy of the service and the courtesy of the staff guarantee a pleasant culinary, landscape and cultural break!

After an afternoon discovering the city of Vasto we decided we wanted to eat in this restaurant.The view of the gulf moved us right away, even though it was late in the evening and there were no longer any sunset lights. The staff always proved to be very helpful even if, rightly, they were very busy serving the various tables in the restaurant.Before the pizza we ordered potato croquettes and dipper chips, but unfortunately both were frozen products (as we now often see in various restaurants). Despite everything, the chips were good, the croquettes a little less so, which I personally do not recommend.When the pizzas arrived we immediately noticed their large size, as well as the crunchiness of the dough. In short, the pizzas were very good: the tomato was very good, the toppings (in my case stracciata and smoked salmon) were very tasty.Ultimately, I highly recommend coming to eat in this place, you will surely return home with beautiful memories of Vasto and above all with a full belly!

During our trip home, we stopped at this quaint place, attracted by its unique location.The restaurant offers a spectacular view of the sea, which alone is worth the visit: the view is truly breathtaking and creates a relaxing and evocative atmosphere.We ordered fried prawns... they were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, truly delicious.The staff also proved to be extremely friendly and attentive to our needs.We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area, if we pass through Vasto again, we will definitely return!

The restaurant is located on the edge of the historic center of Vasto, nearby there is a blue car park and several white spaces along the road that runs alongside the villa. The location is very beautiful, with a wonderful view of the gulf. We enjoyed an excellent aperitif and dinner followed by a bruschetta by the meter. Very courteous and prepared staff. We will definitely return for dinner, perhaps on the terrace to enjoy the even more suggestive view. Congratulations and see you soon.
